Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return (RMA) will be refused.
Customer pays return shipping. Please use a trackable method and keep your receipt.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund—just ask when requesting your RMA.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at shopify@mccannonline.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns on:
Final sale items (including clearance/closeout), sale items, or gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and you’ll need proof of purchase. (Customer covers return shipping; standard eligibility and exclusions apply.)
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (less any restocking fee and, if used, prepaid label cost). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
